I've fangirled over Mother Nature my entire life.

Did you know that time spent in nature has been proven to help ease stress and anxiety? I learned this fact as an adult, but it explains why I've been a "tree hugger" since childhood. I grew up in a chaotic and stressful household and I really embraced being outside as a happy and peaceful place, long before understanding why. When I think back to the countless dandelions I picked to make a wish, the green grass where my dog Speckles and I played, and the tadpoles I rescued from the drying creek behind my childhood home, I now see how nature and Mama Earth raised a child into a woman who loves the world around her.

 

Growing up in Northern California, I found it to be the perfect place to pick up a camera and photograph nature's beauty. I've been looking through a lens for most of my life, as well as gardening on any patch of land, in any backyard, or any apartment balcony I could find. My passion for nature shows in most things I do; from recycling, to regenerative gardening, to making natural products by hand in my kitchen and I hope that passion rubs off on you, my customers.

I believe that the Earth supplies us with all we need if we just get out of the way and let her. Flowers, sunlight, clean air and cool water; her ecosystem is setup in a way that helps us thrive, if we take care of her in return. That is what's inspired my journey of creating body and skin care products that are natural, regenerative and organic. I feel that I'm helping her, help us. 

 

This website and these products will evolve as I evolve in creating my business. You'll see some of my nature photography, my own flowers in my garden, and eventually, a blog written as an ode to all the beauty all around us.
